How Does Muscle Checking Work?

Muscle testing is physical and it's about intuition. Everything is vibrating: every living thing, person, animal, insect, plant; also rocks, trees, crystals, precious stones. When you feel good, you vibrate at a specific frequency. When you feel bad, you vibrate at a different frequency. When you are well, you vibrate at a specific frequency, when you are ill or angry, you vibrate at a different frequency. When you have any thought or feeling, you vibrate at that specific frequency. Sound waves are vibrations. A radio is made to receive certain vibration frequencies so you can hear what's going on. Your ear is designed to "receive" certain frequencies. If your ear received every frequency that's out there, it would be deafening. Only the vibrational frequencies that the ear is designed to receive, or pick up, are "heard" or noticed and used for whatever purpose.
When someone you love holds your hand, you are congruent with their vibration and frequency, so you are attracted to them. When someone who annoys you tries to hold your hand or hug you, you are not congruent with their vibration and frequency level, so you pull away and don't enjoy being touched by them. You feel repelled.
It is this frequency vibration that the holistic practitioner and coach is looking for when she is muscle checking.
Muscle checking gives us the opportunity to "receive" the vibrational frequency that is going on in the human body and mind, and even in an organ or gland. That's why a trained practitioner doesn't need to ask questions aloud when muscle checking. When the practitioner has a thought, a silent question to the body, the practitioner's body will vibrate to the frequency of that question, thought or intention. The client's body (or muscle) will respond with a vibrational frequency that indicates whether the client is
congruent or not congruent with that thought. In this way, the practitioner can determine many things about the health of the client. When a trained practitioner asks the right series of questions, she can find where your body has low frequencies, indicating illness or emotional stress, and high frequencies, indicating strength in health or emotions. She can, then, recommend suitable therapy or coaching to raise the low vibrations to guide you toward a healthier mind, body and spirit.
